Know how the pensioners can submit life certificate without going to bank, post office
Digital life certificate from this month the retired government employees will have to submit their annual life certificates.
The retired government employees will have to begin submitting their annual life certificates to their banks from which they are drawing a monthly pension. It will begin from this month. Every year on 30th November is the deadline before which pensioners will have to submit this certificate. These used to visit the bank or post office to submit the life certificate but now they do not have to visit their bank or post office.
They can do this sitting at their home by getting the doorstep services given by several public sector banks which have the State Bank of India and the country’s postal service. The ones looking to get this service will have to first book the service either via mobile app, website or by calling on a toll-free number.
