Kanhaiyalal murder case: NIA got big success, seventh accused also arrested
NIA arrested Farhad on Saturday. The investigating agency is interrogating Fardah. Already six people have been arrested in connection with this murder.
NIA has got a big success in the Kanhaiyalal murder case in Udaipur. NIA has arrested the 7th accused involved in the conspiracy of this murder. The arrested accused has been identified as 31-year-old Farhad Mohammad. According to information received from NIA sources, Farhad Mohammad is accused of conspiring with Riyaz Attari, the main accused in the murder case.
A few days ago, in the case of ruthless murder of Taylor Kanhaiyalal, the accused were attacked in the court premises. The incident took place when the accused were being taken from the court to the police custody. NIA has arrested two more accused in this case. They have been identified as Mohsin and Asif. The accused in the case and their two accomplices were present in the NIA court in Jaipur amid tight security arrangements by the police. All the four accused were sent to what is judicial custody for 10 days.
Police had arrested two more accused. According to the investigating officer, both these accused were standing near Kanhaiyalal's shop as a second option. Even if Riyaz and Gauss could not kill Kanhaiyalal, they would have helped them. According to the police, these two accused had helped the main accused to escape from the spot. The investigating officers also found a scooter of Mohammad Ghaus, which later proved to be a big proof in this case. The NIA officials had also initially hinted at the possibility of an international link behind the case. However, the investigation is still going on regarding this.
