Jennifer Aniston’s Alleged Stalker Appears Shirtless in Court: A Los Angeles judge has ordered a mental health evaluation for a man accused of stalking actor Jennifer Aniston and crashing his vehicle into the front gate of her Bel Air home. The suspect, identified as Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, from Mississippi, created buzz after appearing shirtless and wrapped in a blanket behind protective glass in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday.
Carwyle, who faces felony charges of stalking and vandalism, has reportedly been harassing Aniston for the past two years, bombarding her with emails, voicemails, and social media messages. His actions culminated in the recent incident when he allegedly drove his car through the gates of Aniston’s property.
A few months back, a stalker vandalised Jennifer Aniston’s house by smashing his car into the front door. The shocking incident left her fans in shock, and immediate action was taken against the man. He was presented before the judge recently, but that was all the more shocking. The stalker came to the court shirtless and had a blanket wrapped around him.
He wore glasses, and as per the report, he did not talk at all during the procedure. However, the judge was concerned about the stalker’s mental health and asked for an evaluation to see if the man was fit enough to be punished for allegations like vandalism and stalking.
The alleged stalker has some serious allegations against him, as he has been stalking Jennifer Aniston for the past two years. The stalker harassed her through constant voicemails and emails. The stalker has been strictly ordered by the court not to have any kind of contact with Jennifer Aniston.
As the prosecution asked for a restraining order preventing Carwyle from contacting Aniston, Judge Schwartz issued an order prohibiting any contact with the actress under any circumstances, despite the defense lawyer’s belief that it wouldn’t be an issue. Carwyle will remain in custody, unable to post his $150,000 bail.

Photos of the court appearance, showing Carwyle shirtless and smiling behind the glass, have surfaced online, sparking a mix of fear and concern among Jennifer Aniston’s fans. Many expressed shock and discomfort at the images, with some describing them as “terrifying” and others stating that they would have nightmares after seeing the close-up photos.
“The smiling pics needed a trigger warning… Nightmares for a week at least,” one commenter wrote on social media, while others echoed similar sentiments, with one fan remarking, “I wasn’t prepared for that second closeup.”
The court’s decision to have Carwyle undergo a mental health evaluation adds a layer of uncertainty to the case as it moves forward. As authorities continue to investigate the stalking claims, Jennifer Aniston’s fans are left deeply disturbed by the frightening nature of the encounter, hoping for a swift resolution and greater protection for the beloved actress.
