Special Trains from Jammu & Udhampur to Delhi: In light of the situation, Indian Railways has announced various special trains from Jammu and Udhampur to Delhi, according to an official release.
As per the details shared with the Press, Train Number 04612 will be leaving Jammu at 10:45 am. The special service is composed of 12 unreserved coaches and 12 reserved coaches for both general and reserved category passengers.

In another plan, 20 coaches of Vande Bharat rake are dedicated as a special train to leave Udhampur at 12:45 pm.
The overall connectivity is crucial between the northern districts and then from Jammu and Pathankot to the national capital.
It was also announced that a separate fully reserved 22 coaches LHB special train will be leaving Jammu at 7:00pm on Friday evening.
Further, Friday, the joint security checking was coordinated at Nellore Railway Station by the Dog Squad, GRP, and local police personnel by directions from both the SP for Nellore District Police, and the Guntakal Railway SP.
This involved despite checking both the platforms, compartments and the parcel office.

Railway DSP Muralidhar stated, "After the Pahalgam attack, we started checks at Nellore Railway Station, following instructions from the Director General of Police, AP, and the SRP of Guntakal. The local inspector, three town inspectors, and about 100 personnel from the GRP, RPF, and town police, along with the dog squad and BD team, were all involved in checking the station."
"We inspected every platform, train, and the entire station area. We divided the area into six teams to cover it thoroughly, and checks were also carried out at stations in Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, Vongole, and Chirala. Local police helped by inspecting the areas around the stations, including hotels, lodges, and bus stands," he added.
DSP Muralidhar commenting that this is a precautionary drill- in light of the Pahalgam terror attack.
Local police also assisted in providing security on the surrounding roads of the station.
