Actually, IAS officer Awanish Sharan has written in his tweet that, 'Bharuch Collector Tushar Sumera, while sharing his 10th mark sheet, has written that he got only passing marks in class 10th. His 100 got 35 marks in English, 36 in maths and 38 in science. Not only the whole village but the entire school declared his failure inevitable.
From the 10th marks, it cannot be decided at all whether you will be successful or unsuccessful in the future. Bharuch Collector Tushar Sumera, replying to this tweet of IAS officer Avneesh Sharan, re-tweeted and wrote, 'Thank you, sir.' Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also praised Tushar's work done under Utkarsh Pahal Abhiyan in Bharuch.
