History was created in the match between KKR and Mumbai

In the 14th match of IPL 2022, KKR defeated Mumbai Indians by 5 wickets. There was a time in this match as if Mumbai's team would comfortably beat KKR. But a player from KKR turned the match over in a few balls. This player was none other than the star bowler Pat Cummins. Cummins has shown his flair not with the ball but with the bat.

Cummins has made the record for the fastest fifty in IPL history in this match. Cummins hit a quick fifty in this match in just 14 balls. Till date only star batsman KL Rahul has been able to do this feat. Rahul has also hit IPL Fifty in 14 balls before this. Even batsmen like Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli could not do this feat in their career in IPL.

Apart from Pat Cummins, Venkatesh Iyer also played an unbeaten innings of 50 runs for KKR in this match. For Mumbai, Tymal Mills and Murugan Ashwin took 2-2 wickets. KKR is now on top in the IPL points table. This is KKR's third win in four matches. While this is Mumbai's third consecutive defeat.
