Hike in Petrol and Diesel Prices : Rahul Gandhi will protest against the government across the country

Petrol and diesel prices are increasing day by day across the country. Meanwhile, the Congress has also come into active mode to surround the government. Today many Congress MPs are protesting at Vijay Chowk. Rahul Gandhi has also participated in this demonstration. Along with this, Congress has called for protest against rising prices across the country.

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, who attended the protests, said that even when crude oil prices were at their lowest in the world, this government raised gasoline and diesel prices. He said that with 101 rupees of oil, the government collects 52 rupees as consumption tax, which is fraud to the public.

During the demonstration, Rahul Gandhi surrounded the government and said that in the last 10 days, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased 9 times and the government is sitting on its hands. He said that we demand that the rising prices should be brought under control. The Congress leader also said that the party would hold nationwide protests over the issue.
