Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly told ANI a few days ago, 'The decision to make Rohit the captain has been taken jointly by the BCCI and the selectors. The BCCI had asked Virat not to give up the captaincy of T20, but he did not agree.Ganguly had further said, "The selectors believed that there should not be two different captains in the limited overs format.
