Ganeshotsav preparations in full swing in Mumbai, GSB Mandal got insurance of 316 crores

Preparations for the biggest festival of Mumbai, Ganeshotsav are in full swing. Ganesh devotees are excited as there is no restriction on the height of the idol this year. The GSB division of Matunga has insured 316 crores this time. This time in Mumbai there is no restriction on the height of Ganesh idols. Therefore, the 11-day-long Ganpati festival may start on August 31, but the process of carrying Ganesh idols with pomp has already started.

The GSB Mandal of Matunga has taken everyone by surprise by insuring 316 crores. GSB Mandal has about 70 kg of gold and 300 kg of silver ornaments from which Ganesh Ji is adorned.

There are about 12 thousand public Ganesh Mandals in Mumbai, while the number of small idols installed in the house is in lakhs. In the Ganesh festival, the shade of Ganesha is worth seeing in different forms.

Sculptors, who are busy finalizing the idols, say that the government must have lifted the ban, but of late, it is becoming difficult for them to meet the suddenly increased demand.
