Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's troubles have increased. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned the Chief Minister for questioning on November 17, 2022. ED has summoned Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The ED has instructed that Chief Minister Hemant Soren should be present at Ranchi Regional Office for interrogation, failing which action can be taken against him. The ED has also said that it does not need anyone's permission to take action against Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
A few days ago, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had issued summons to Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He was asked to appear for questioning, but Chief Minister Hemant Soren sent information to the ED office through a messenger that he had to go to attend the tribal festival organized in Raipur. For this, he had sought three-four weeks' time from the ED. There was no response from the ED at that time. Today on Wednesday, the ED has again issued summons to the Chief Minister asking him to appear on November 17. This is the second summon by the ED.

The ED has also sent a second summon to Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The ED will interrogate him on the issue of information received on the point of his consent and involvement in the illegal mining case of 1000 crores in Sahibganj. On the basis of the facts found in the interrogation of Hemant Soren, MLA representative of Barhait assembly constituency Pankaj Mishra, suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal, close to politicians and bureaucrats, Prem Prakash and Amit Agarwal, they will be questioned.
