Donald Trump Selects JD Vance as Republican VP Candidate

JD Vance as Republican VP Candidate: Former US President Donald Trump who recently survived the assassination attack in Butler has selected JD Vance as the Republican VP Candidate on Monday.

The 39-year-old JD Vance from Ohio became the running mate of Donald Trump for the upcoming 2024 elections.

Sources said that JD Vance earlier used to criticize former president Donald Trump but now has become one of his strongest supporters.

Donald Trump on his Truth Social handle said, “After lengthy deliberation and thought, and considering the tremendous talents of many others, I have decided that the person best suited to assume the position of Vice President of the United States is Senator J.D. Vance of the Great State of Ohio.”

On Sunday after surviving the assassination attempt, he visited Milwaukee and was nominated as the Republican party presidential candidate and soon after on the first day as the presidential candidate, he nominated James David Vance.

CNN reported that the senator's ability to connect with working-class people was seen as very important for winning the upcoming election.

About James David Vance

James David Vance is 39 years old and was born on August 2, 1984, in Ohio. JD Vance worked in the Marine Corps and graduated from Ohio State University in 2009 with the highest honors.

He then joined Yale Law School where he was editor of the Yale Law Journal and President of the Yale Law Veterans Association and graduated from there in 2013.

Apart from being a politician, JD Vance is also the author of the famous book "Hillbilly Elegy” which received much praise.

After having a successful business career in Technology and Finance, J.D. Vance is now focusing on the people he worked so hard for the American Workers and Farmers in Pennsylvania, Ohio and many other places.

In 2016, JD Vance played a key role in the Never Trump movement and even criticized Trump several times.

News18 reported that he even agreed with people who say Trump is a "total fraud" and "reprehensible" in public.

In 2022, Donald Trump saw him as an ally after working hard to pass "Make America Great Again," and even being beside him during Trump's hush money trial.

However, if James David Vance is selected he will become the third youngest vice president of America.
