Did Karan Johar Call Divya Khosla Kumar ‘A Fool’? She Fires Back After Dig at Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra

Karan Johar Divya Khosla controversy: The Bollywood actress Divya Khossla Kumar posted a chaotic post on her Instagram handle on Saturday. In the post, she accused Alia Bhatt of not being clear about the earnings of her latest film, Jigra at the box office.

Later on, Karan Johar who is Alia's producer and mentor reacted to the cryptic post saying only silence is given to fools. However, Divya didn’t take Johar's statement lightly and replied to it.

In the chaotic post shared by Divya, she wrote, “Went to Citi Mall PVR for Jigra show. Theatre was totally empty … all theaters going empty every where. #Aliabhatt me sach mein Bahut #Jigra hai.. khud hi tickets karide aur fake collections announce kar diye. Wonder why paid media is silent. #weshdnotfooltheaudience #truthoverlies #HappyDussehra.”

After that, Karan Johar shared a quote on his Instagram stories that said, “Silence is the best speech you will ever give to fools.” He didn’t mentioned anything about Divya but Divya Khosla Kumar responds to Karan Johar with the quote saying, “Truth will always offend fools opposed to it.”

She shared one more quote on her Instagram story that read, “When you are so accustomed to stealing what rightfully belongs to others, you will always seek shelter in silence. You will have no voice, no spine.”

Furthermore, several Reddit users reacted to this Karan Johar Divya Khosla Kumar feud in Bollywood. One user wrote, “Bollywood e lafda i repeat bollywood e lafda is happening.”

The film ‘Jigra’ which was released on October 11, 2024, earned Rs 11 crore in just two days.
