Delhi High Court : All social media posts against LG VK Saxena will have to be removed
In fact, Delhi's LG VK Saxena had urged the Delhi High Court to direct AAP and its leaders to refrain from leveling allegations of defamatory statements against him and his family members in future.
Aam Aadmi Party has got a big setback in a case from Delhi High Court. In an interim order, the Delhi High Court has directed the Aam Aadmi Party and its leaders to remove objectionable statements and controversial posts against the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Delhi, VK Saxena.
Delhi HC passed an interim injunction in favour of LG VK Saxena in a suit of civil defamation. He had urged the court to pass direction to AAP & its leaders to take down alleged defamatory tweets & other posts from social media.
