We are starting a special online class of Yoga and Pranayama for those who are in home isolation. He will be able to do yoga with our instructor sitting at home. A huge team of instructors has been prepared, who have to do asanas and prana related to corona.
Kejriwal said that yoga increases immunity. We will send a link to the home isolation patients today and will start classes in different batches from tomorrow. There will be 8 classes every day, patients will be able to register for any class for free. In these classes, 40,000 patients will be able to do yoga simultaneously. Kejriwal said that this is the first effort of its kind in the world to increase immunity.
