Covid-19 Updates: Number of active patients crossed 1.5 lakh in India, 20,279 new cases, 36 deaths in the last 24 hours

New cases of coronavirus continue to rise in India. Thousands of new cases are coming out every day, due to which the concern of the central and state government has increased. Health workers have been asked to remain alert. Along with the corona test to detect new cases of corona, people have been appealed to apply the dose of corona vaccine. According to the latest data, 20,279 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, taking the number of active patients in the country to 1,52,200. At the same time, in the last 24 hours, 36 people have lost their lives due to infection in different parts of the country.

A total of 201.99 crore vaccine doses have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign to protect against corona. 28,83,489 doses have been given in the last 24 hours. 

In the last 24 hours, 18,143 people have defeated Corona, taking the number of people who have been cured to 4,32,10,522. According to the data, 87.25 crore tests have been done so far to prevent the spread of corona in the country and to identify the infected whereas, 3,83,657 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours.
