Covid 19: Less than 2 lakh corona cases have been found in the last 24 hours, 1192 patients died

The third wave of corona virus (Covid-19) is still going on in India, although there is a steady decrease in daily cases for the past few days. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday, February 1, 1,67,059 new cases of Covid -19 have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours.

A total of 1192 new Vovid infected patients lost their lives in the last 24 hours. Recovery of 2,54,076 patients has been reported in India in the last 24 hours and the total active case load in the country has come down to 17,43,059 as compared to the previous days.

In the last 24 hours, the Covid-19 positivity rate in India has been recorded at 11.69%, which is less than the previous day. The positivity rate was recorded at 15.77% on Monday. The trend of reduction in new cases also continues. Today, about 42 thousand fewer cases have been recorded as compared to Monday.
