A total of 1192 new Vovid infected patients lost their lives in the last 24 hours. Recovery of 2,54,076 patients has been reported in India in the last 24 hours and the total active case load in the country has come down to 17,43,059 as compared to the previous days.
In the last 24 hours, the Covid-19 positivity rate in India has been recorded at 11.69%, which is less than the previous day. The positivity rate was recorded at 15.77% on Monday. The trend of reduction in new cases also continues. Today, about 42 thousand fewer cases have been recorded as compared to Monday.
