Shilpa Shetty's family had challenged it in the sessions court. On Monday, Sessions Court judge A Z Khan had stayed the magistrate's order. He granted relief to Shamita Shetty and Shilpa Shetty. However, no relief was given to Sunanda Shetty.
It is noteworthy that Surendra Shetty and his wife Sunanda Shetty are partners in this firm. The judge said that no such document was given to show that Shamita Shetty and Shilpa Shetty are also involved in this company. Now bailable warrant has been issued against him. This case has been registered by Parhad Amra.
