Azam Khan, lodged in Sitapur jail, got relief in the case of sedition, the court dismissed the complaint

Amidst the speculation of Azam Khan, who is lodged in Sitapur jail, saying bye-bye to the Samajwadi Party, a relief news has come for him. More than 80 cases are registered against Rampur city MLA Azam Khan. In the year 2014, a case of sedition came against Azam Khan. A complaint was filed in the court.

Moradabad MPMLA Court has dismissed the complaint in the matter. This case of sedition was registered on the objectionable statement of Azam Khan in response to a question asked about the expenses incurred in the birthday party of SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav.

A complaint of sedition was filed against Samajwadi Party MLA Azam Khan lodged in Sitapur Jail. The hearing in this case was going on in the MP-MLA Magistrate Court. The court dismissed this complaint after hearing after almost seven years. This complaint was dismissed as the plaintiff did not present concrete evidence in the court. The complainant has now asked to file this matter in the court of District and Sessions Judge for revision.
