Armaan Kohli's bail plea rejected once again in drug case

Armaan Kohli's bail plea has been rejected once again in the drugs case. Armaan Kohli was arrested in August last year with 1.2 grams of cocaine. The drugs were recovered from him during a raid on his house. Now the NDPS court has rejected his bail, yet again which has thrashed all sorts of hopes for the alleged Kohli.  

Rejecting the bail plea, the special court said, "Prima facie it appears that accused Armaan Kohli along with co-accused was involved in a drug trafficking case. It is a very small quantity of drugs recovered from the charge, it does not affect the case." Because the type of involvement of the accused in the case is very serious. Due to this, bail cannot be granted in view of the involvement of the accused in the case.
