'Agneepath' protest: Stones pelted at Deputy CM's house

Protests against the Agneepath scheme, which started with damage to trains, have now reached the doorstep of politicians' homes. Common people are being targeted in the agitation in the name of protest against the army recruitment scheme. Apart from stone pelting and arson in the train, people are being looted.

On Friday morning, youths set fire to a train in Samastipur and Lakhisarai in Bihar. The mob set several AC coaches of the train on fire. Some bogies of the Jammu Tawi Guwahati Express train were set ablaze by the protesters. These developments came to the fore at Mohiuddinnagar station of Hajipur Barauni railway line. 

In Samastipur also, students have opposed the scheme brought by the Center for the restoration of the army, Agneepath. Meanwhile, a fierce demonstration has been held at Dalsinghsarai railway station by stopping the Avadh Assam Express train.

There has been a fierce demonstration outside the army's recruitment office against the 'Agneepath' scheme in Ranchi. Hundreds of candidates aspiring to join the army have demonstrated in front of the Army Recruitment Office on Main Road, Ranchi, against the 'Agneepath' scheme announced by the Central Government for recruitment in the armed forces.

Stones pelted at Deputy CM's house in Bihar. After which he said that the attackers are not students but people of opposition political parties who are engaged in hooliganism.
