The accused was working from work from home while living in Gurugram.
On Thursday, the Saket court extended Aftab's custody for five days. Before the appearance, the lawyers created a ruckus outside the court. The police had to struggle hard to control the lawyers. The lawyers demanded that Aftab be given death sentence. The lawyers raised slogans demanding the death penalty for the accused. After this Aftab's hearing was done through video conferencing instead of physical hearing.
Delhi Police is working on war footing on Shraddha murder case. Three teams of Delhi Police have gone to three states- Maharashtra, Mumbai, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
