An explosion took place on Thursday at a mosque in northern Afghanistan. In this 10 people died and 40 are said to be injured. The hospital officials have given this information to the news agency AP. Ever since the Taliban rule came here, a series of explosions and attacks have been going on here.
According to this, five people have died and 65 are injured in the blast. Earlier, the Taliban commander had also given information about the explosion. Taliban commander's spokesman Mohammad Asif Wajeri said, "There was an explosion in the mosque in which more than 20 people were injured."
Ever since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, incidents of explosions and attacks have become regular. This information was given by the local Taliban commander. In Khorasan, Islamic State militants had earlier targeted schools as well as attacked the Shia-dominated area Dasht-e-Barchi. Last month, in March, a rocket blast took place in Kandahar in which at least four children were killed. After the arrival of the Taliban, only rocket and missile attacks are taking place in the war-torn country.
