In a video tweeted by Roshni Walia, passengers can be seen holding the safety instruction card in hand and swinging the fan. Roshni has been introduced as an actor on their Instagram profile. A woman can even be seen crying because of the heat as the plane gets scorching heat during the summer months.
Roshni wrote in a tweet, "G8 2316 was one of the worst experiences. Passengers suffer due to the non-working of AC and 'suffocation' throughout the flight. Sweaty passenger almost unconscious Three patients fell unconscious and one chemo patient was unable to breathe properly.
Go First replied to the tweet asking Roshni to share the details of the journey so that the airline can look into the matter. Roshni had tweeted this video on June 14. A passenger is saying in the video, "Everyone is feeling very hot... The flight took off at 5:30 and now it is 6:20 am still the AC is not working. A cancer patient is in great trouble." If the AC is not working then the flight shouldn't have taken off. Have we given 12 thousand rupees for one way ticket for this? Please do something. Go first take action." Some Twitter users also tagged civil aviation regulator DGCA to probe the matter.
