“90% Govinda Lag Rahe Hain”: Veteran Bollywood actor Govinda set social media abuzz after unveiling a striking new look that caught fans by surprise. The 61-year-old star, who has been largely absent from the silver screen in recent years, appeared in a sleek black-and-white ensemble, complete with oversized sunglasses and a pencil moustache, a noticeable departure from his familiar style.

The new photos showed a fresh look for the '90s star. He debuted a moustache and a thicker head of hair with large sunglasses. He wore a tweed, three-piece suit with a crisp white shirt. Govinda chose a questionable background for his photo, which looked littered with trash.

Rocking a thick moustache, a voluminous head of hair, oversized sunglasses, and a dapper three-piece tweed suit, Govinda looked ready to step into a spy thriller. But while fans were busy trying to decode the look, one detail stood out like a sore thumb which was the background. Let’s just say it wasn’t exactly Insta-aesthetic. The pic appears to have been taken in front of what looked like a trash-littered spot.

In the video shared today, Govinda is seen walking towards the camera in a black and white suit. On Friday, he shared a picture of himself sporting the fresh new look with the caption, "Hero no 1."

Most fans loved his new look and asked when he was planning to make a comeback. “Sir aap kab karoge comeback ????❤️please sir batao (When will you make a comeback sir. Please tell us),” said one person. “Ky bat h old energy (what an old time energy),” wrote a nostalgic fan. “The Best of Bollywood ???????? Naturally, the internet had thoughts. Some fans were confused, others were concerned, and a few even asked, “Is this an AI edit?" Most fans were totally here for Govinda’s makeover and immediately started begging for a comeback. “Sir, aap kab karoge comeback Please sir, batao!" pleaded one emotional fan. Another got all nostalgic and wrote, “Kya baat hai, old energy!" Someone else chimed in with high praise, “The best of Bollywood! Finally, a perfect character look on you!"

But not everyone was convinced it was actually Govinda. A few fans did a double-take or maybe even a triple-take. “Damn bro, you look almost 90% like Govinda," joked YouTuber Maxtern. Another puzzled follower commented, “Yaar, yeh original Govinda sir lag rahe hain," while someone else hilariously added, “Original bhi nakli sa lag raha hai!"

Recently, even his wife Sunita Ahuja gave her take on why Govinda has not be able to breathe life back into his career. She said that he is now surrounded by yes men who never give him genuine feedback and only praise even his shoddiest works.
