2.47 lakh new cases of Covid found in 24 hours

The cases of corona virus in India continue to increase exponentially. In the last one month, 2.47 lakh cases have been reported in the country. With this, the number of active cases of Covid in the country has crossed 11 lakhs. The number of the fast-spreading Omicron variant have increased to 5,488.

The number of worldwide cases of corona has magnified to 31.15 crore. At the same time, this epidemic has killed a complete of 55.1 100000 individuals so far. Also, a total of 9.51 billion doses of vaccine are given to stop the epidemic.

According to CSSE, the US remains the most affected country with 62,727,044 cases and 843,624 deaths. The second most affected country is India (36,070,510 infections and 484,655 deaths), followed by Brazil (22,636,359 infections and 620,507 deaths).
