13 Year Old Girl Kills Her Rapist: Rape Victim Kills Former Sarpanch's Son, who was raping for over a Month

In Alwar, Rajasthan, a 13-year-old rape victim killed the accused youth. As per the sources, the rapist was the son of a former sarpanch, whose body was found on the side of the road in Alwar's Kotkasim area on May 18. The police have revealed in the case that the boy was murdered. According to the police, the son of the former sarpanch was blackmailing and raping the girl for a long time. After this, he was pressurizing him to have a relationship with his colleagues as well. This could not be tolerated by the girl and she called to the field and killed the boy. The youth was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

The deceased has been identified as Vikram Yadav (45) and had been allegedly raping the girl for the past six or seven months. SHO Kotkasim police station (Bhiwadi) Mahaveer Singh said that it was a "blind case" as there was no reason for them to suspect the girl who lived nearby, adding that around 10 persons were interrogated about the murder.

Bhiwadi ASP Atul Sahu told that on the night of May 17, Vikram Yadav (45), son of former sarpanch Dhaniram Yadav, was murdered. The next day on May 18, his body was found on the road near the village. The relatives took the dead body home considering it a normal death. They thought he had died of a fall. During the last rites, a mark appeared on Vikram's neck. Blood stains were also found. 

ASP Sahu told that the minor girl used to go to Vikram Yadav's house to fetch water. A month and a half ago, the minor asked for Vikram's phone to talk to his lover. The conversation between the two was recorded on Vikram's phone. In fact, last year, the girl was having an affair with a young man from the village itself. On this, Vikram started blackmailing her and started raping her. Vikram started pressurizing the minor to have a relationship with his friends too. The girl was angry about this, and thus the wrath was displayed in Cold Blood.
