Bollywood celebrity news: The Alia Bhatt starrer film ‘Jigra’ which was released on October 11 earned a total of 11 crore in just two days and Alia Bhatt's performance boosted its growth on the second day.
Amid the Jigra box-office failure, Aishwarya Rai viral interview about Alia Bhatt received lot of attention on the internet. Aishwarya comments on Alia were during the release of Fanney Khan in 2018.

Aishwarya Rai said, “I’ve said this to her also, it’s fantastic for you, the kind of support Karan has given to her from the beginning. To have that kind of establishment with you is very comforting. It’s not tough to have it laid out for you for the longest time, and she smiled.”
The 1994 Miss World winner further added, “It’s great for you as an actor as there is only good work and good opportunities ahead. What’s nice is she’s also doing good work along with great opportunities which are virtually there on her lap literally, regularly. Theatre was totally empty … all theaters going empty every where. #Aliabhatt me sach mein Bahut #Jigra hai.. khud hi tickets karide aur fake collections announce kar diye. Wonder why paid media is silent. #weshdnotfooltheaudience #truthoverlies #HappyDussehra.”
Karan Johar has also stopped the press show of his movies and critics only will be able to access them on the day of the release. A Dharma insider added, “It is subtle statement to end corruption in a section of film critics, because when there are press shows, then monetary conversations happen for rigging the reviews. This way, review management might stop because Bollywood right now is in a severe credibility crisis.”
