Aamir Kareena was not the first choice for Laal Singh Chaddha, the actor hinted at Manushi Chillar's name

On the show, Aamir revealed that Kareena Kapoor was not his first choice for the female lead in his upcoming film 'Lal Singh Chaddha'. After hearing this, Kareena's fans are quite surprised.

On the show, Karan asked Aamir if Kareena Kapoor was your first choice for this film? In response to this, Aamir said, 'No, we wanted to cast a 25-year-old actress in this film. Because we wanted to show the journey of 18 to 50 years of age in this film, that's why Kareena was not the first choice for this film.

In the show, Aamir Khan further said, 'The casting director showed me videos of many new actresses, one of which was also of Kareena. After watching his video, I had to change my thinking. After that I understood that Kareena would be the best for this film. We changed the things that we thought about the Age Group. Please tell that at present Kareena Kapoor is 41 years old.

In the show, Aamir Khan also revealed his first choice for the lead actress of 'Lal Singh Chaddha'. He talked about an ad for Kareena in which she was accompanied by another actress, but Aamir did not reveal her name. However, Karan tells Aamir that he knows who he is talking about. In fact, Manushi Chhillar and Kareena Kapoor shot an ad in 2018 for Malabar Gold, which was produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

Apart from Aamir and Kareena, Mona Singh is also in the film 'Lal Singh Chaddha'. South actor Naga Chaitanya has also made his Bollywood debut through this film. According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan will also make cameo appearances in the film. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on August 11. The film is the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks' 1994 film 'Forrest Gump'.
