It has a good amount of fiber, loads of vitamins along minerals like calcium and iron. The second is Spinach. It offers 41 calories and 4 gm of fiber. It has vitamin A and C which act as antioxidants and keep you away from a lot of other diseases. The third is fenugreek leaves. They are bitter in taste but definitely a dieter’s friend. Next is Carrot. This should be eaten raw if you want to keep your calories low. Sprouts are also one of the veggies which help you to lose weight.
