This should be done twice a day. If the skin is very oily then it must be washed twice otherwise once can also work. Avoid excess face wash and use a mild cleanser. The next step is using a Toner. Alcohol-free toners are the best and must be used if you have acne or oil-prone skin. Toners must be neglected if you have dry skin. The third step is Sunscreen. With increase exposure to laptops and mobiles, there is an increase in the infra red radiations, and these can cause damage to the skin and increase tan and pigmentation. The fourth step is using a Moisturizer. They work well and add a glow to the skin by keeping it soft. Plump and hydrated. The fifth step is Oral Anti-oxidants. They help in adding glow to the skin.
