1200 software engineers quit micro-blogging platform
Musk sent an email to existing Twitter employees regarding Twitter's new rules and work culture. He wrote in the mail that the employees should gear up to work 80 hours a week and if they agree to the hardcore work, they should accept the mail by clicking 'yes'.

A lot has happened since Elon Musk entered the office of Twitter as the new owner and boss of the micro-blogging platform. He fired Twitter employees en masse, and it was recently reported that nearly 1,200 software engineers have decided to leave the firm after Musk sent an "ultimatum" email to employees, telling them to quit because of the "hardcore" work culture.
He extended the working hours to 80 hours a week for all the employees working in the organization. At the same time, many engineers did not accept the demand of the new boss and decided to leave the organization of their choice with three months' salary. Reports further state that Musk is looking for someone within the organization who can do the coding for the micro-blogging platform.
