Government of Karnataka appoints DC’s to take a call on easing weekend curfews in Districts
Karnataka has recorded new cases of tuberculosis after fully recovered from COVID infection.

The state government has authorized deputy commissioners to check on whether the weekend curfew must be lifted in their districts. The government has expanded curbs pertaining to the night curfew and a ban on alcohol being served in pubs till 27th September. There are restrictions on swimming pools, indoor sports activities, and outdoor sports with spectators will continue.
