Election Commission states by polls in 4 seats which included Bhabanipur where Mamata Banerjee will contest
By-polls which take place in Samserganj and Jangipur of West Bengal and Pipli on the date. The votes counting will be done on 3rd October, said the ECI.
The ECI announced that it will hold elections in four constituencies, which included chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s assembly segment Bhabhanipur in West Bengal on 30th September.
The last date of nomination is 13th September and the candidates would be able to withdraw their names till 16th September. Mamata Banerjee lost the assembly elections of West Bengal from Nandigram where she contested against BJP.
