Ukraine's 1.20 lakh people flee amid fierce conflict, fearful after Russian attack

The United Nations refugee agency said on Saturday that nearly 1.20 million people have fled Ukraine to neighboring countries because of the Russian attack. This number is increasing rapidly. It is feared that if the situation worsens then this number could reach 4 million.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor said they were monitoring Russia's attack on Ukraine, according to the AP. It is the ICC's jurisdiction to prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity, although prosecutor Karim Khan admitted that the matter could not be investigated at this time.
