The International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor said they were monitoring Russia's attack on Ukraine, according to the AP. It is the ICC's jurisdiction to prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity, although prosecutor Karim Khan admitted that the matter could not be investigated at this time.
