The circular will be sent to all government offices in the next few days. The UAE is the first country in the world to reduce weekly working hours. There is a five day working week culture in most of the countries of the world. According to the UAE newspaper 'The National', the plan to implement the new working calendar from January 1, 2022 was made so that there would be no problem in implementing it. Based on the kind of rules for employees in UAE, it is believed that soon the private sector of the country will also take similar steps.
On Friday, there will be half-day work i.e. half-day working. Saturday and Sunday will be a complete holiday. According to the order, if the employees want to work from home on Friday, then they will have its approval. Employees in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are very happy with this announcement of the government.
