Three Lashkar terrorists arrested in Sopore
In Sopore, security forces arrested three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists on Monday evening, foiling the terror attack plot. In addition to the target killing of certain people on all three nights, they were going to carry out the attack on the Naka party of the security forces.

Three pistols and cash worth about Rs 79,800 were also found from them.
A police spokesman said that the Sopore police had come to know from their system in the evening that three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists are going to execute the conspiracy of target killing in Sopore as soon as night falls. He may also attack the Naka party of the security forces in Vadura area. Police along with 22 RR and CRPF jawans of the army blocked the Sonarwani bridge near Vadurabala village. At around 7.30 pm after sunset, the Naka party saw three suspicious youths approaching the bridge.
Three pistols, three magazines, 22 kartsu, one grenade and Rs 79800 were found from them. When the security forces interrogated, it came to know that the three are the same terrorists of Lashkar, about whom the naka was raised after getting information.
Police have identified them as Tufail Ahmed Mir son Abdul Majeed Mir resident of Gund Mohalla, Barat Kalan, Owais Ahmed Mir son of Hasan Mir resident of Mir Mohalla, Barat Kalan and Shabbir Ahmed Wage son of Nazir Ahmed Wage resident of Masjid Mohalla, Pethabag. In the preliminary investigation, these three terrorists admitted that they are associated with the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. A case has been registered against the trio at the police station, Bomai.
