The police of Rohini district has busted a gang involved in the sale and purchase of newborn babies. On Monday, the police arrested four people, including the gang's kingpin doctor. This includes the mother of the child. According to Rohini DCP Pranav Tayal, the policemen of Rohini South police station had received information that a doctor sells newborn children. He is about to come to Rohini Sector-3 with two female companions. When the doctor arrived with his companions, a policeman was sent as a buyer.

According to the police, a 22-year-old woman named Rukhsana lived with a live-in partner in Bhalswa area. When she became pregnant, her friend left her and fled. Taking seven months of pregnancy, she went to Sanjay Globus Hospital for an abortion. DCP Pranav Tayal told that Sanjay Malik advised her that her life could be in danger due to abortion. She talked about selling the child after giving birth. Then on July 27, when Rukhsana gave birth to the baby girl, the doctor took her with him. There was a deal to sell this girl for two lakh rupees.
