Police say that despite Section 144 being imposed, some people want to do religious work inside the mall without taking permission. Therefore, he has been arrested and sent to judicial custody.
The leader of the Hindu Mahasabha had announced to recite the Sundarkand at around 6 pm on Friday. After this announcement, the police officers and the mall manager reached his house on Friday evening and appealed to postpone the Sundarkand lesson. The Hindu Mahasabha leader Chaturvedi, on the question of 80 and 20 percent employees, the general manager of the mall also handed over the list of employees to him. However, the leaders of the Hindu Mahasabha were not satisfied with this. He has demanded an inquiry into the list. Along with this, he also demanded action against those who offer Namaz in the mall.
The police administration had kept a tight vigil at the residence of Hindu Mahasabha leader Shishir Chaturvedi since Friday morning so that the Lulu Mall controversy does not get too heated. However, after the recitation of Sunderkand was postponed, some activists had reached outside the original to recite. They say that when there is namaz in the mall, why can't Sundarkand and Hanuman Chalisa be recited. Although the police took these activists into custody.
