The family of Shiv Sena leader Sudhir Suri has agreed for the last rites. The Punjab government has accepted many of their demands. After this, the body of Sudhir Suri will be cremated tomorrow at 12 o'clock. He was shot dead by the assailants during a sit-in protest yesterday. After this Sudhir Suri's family refused to perform his last rites. Then Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann had said that justice will be done to the family.
The Punjab government has accepted many demands of the family. The government agreed to give government jobs to both the sons of Sudhir Suri. Not only this, a memorandum of the family's demand will be sent to the Punjab government to give martyr status to Sudhir Suri and it will be considered. If any police officer or any person is found guilty in the investigation, then action will be taken against him.
