Six crore cash extracted from five suspects at a former IPS's home in Noida

The Income Tax Department's investigation team's survey, which has been ongoing on for the past couple of days in the house of former IPS Ram Narayan Singh, DG rank of 1983 batch UP cadre, has been confirmed by bringing five suspects. More than Rs.6 crore in cash has been withdrawn from these five lockers. This amount is being counted by the Income Tax team from 3 pm on Monday. However, nothing came out in a locker.

Sources reveal that the business of private locker is run by the former IPS's wife Manasam. The people in whose name they have brought here till now are all very minor people, this money is not theirs. Officials are trying to find out who is the owner of this money and whose people are behind it.

According to sources, the Income Tax Department team got information in the investigation of benami property in Ghaziabad on Saturday that a large amount of cash has been hidden in the office of Mansam Company, which provides private transporters in Sector-50 and Ghaziabad.
