Along with this, stadiums, parks, gyms, swimming pools, zoos and tourist places in the state will also remain closed till further orders. Although all religious places in the state will remain open, there will be no distribution of prasad. This rule has come into effect from today i.e. from Tuesday.
This decision was taken in the meeting of disaster management held on Monday under the chairmanship of CM Hemant Soren. After the meeting, Health Minister Banna Gupta said, 'Schools, colleges, coaching, educational institutions will remain closed in the state. Half the staff will come only for administrative work. An order has been issued by the government to strictly implement it. Action will be taken against the violators.
At present, no decision has been taken on night curfew and weekend lockdown in the meeting. The government is monitoring the situation of Corona in the state. After January 15, there will be a meeting of disaster management again. Considering the situation in this, a decision will be taken on the restrictions on transportation.
In the meeting, CM Hemant Soren has instructed the officials to fix all the essential health services on priority in view of the increasing cases of corona infection in the state. He said that keeping in view the situation, all the districts of the state should be put on alert mode.
