REET Paper Leak: More than 11 lakh applicants worry about their future

The team of the Special Operation Group (SOG) has disclosed that the REET exam question paper had reached the gang leaking the paper a day before the exam. The main accused Ramkripal Meena had given the paper to Udram on September 25, 2021 before the exam and Udram further gave this paper to Bhajanlal Vishnoi.
SOG is interrogating Udram and Ramkripal Meena and getting information about other gang accused and those who have benefited from the paper leaks. A total of 35 accused have been arrested in this case so far. Intensive questioning is being done from the arrested accused about other accused related to the paper leak case.
The SOG has arrested 35 accused in this case so far and more arrests are likely to be made.
BJP leaders said that this matter have reached the big dignitaries and officials, so the state government should give the investigation of the matter to the CBI.
The result of REET exam held on September 26, 2021, was released within just 36 days. This time more than 26 lakh candidates had applied for REET. Out of this, 11 lakh four thousand 216 have been declared eligible.
Out of these, 3 lakh three thousand 604 have been declared eligible for Level-1 and 7 lakh 73 thousand 612 for Level-2. Out of these, the process of giving posts to 31 thousand teachers on the basis of merit is going on.
