Punjabi singer, former "Bigg Boss" contestant Himanshi Khurana tested positive for Covid-19

Actress Himanshi Khurana has posted on her social media accounts on September 27 that she has tested positive for Covid-19. The 28-year-old singer became more popular after she participated as a contestant in Big Boss 13.

Khurana has posted a message on her Instagram, which says, "I want to inform you all that I have tested positive for COVID-19 even after taking proper precautions. As you all know that I was the part of the protest day before yesterday and the area was crowded so I thought to get the test done before I go for my shoot today evening."

She added, "I just wanted to inform people who came in my contact to get your test done, and please take proper precaution in the protest. It's my request to all the people protesting to not forget that we are going through pandemic so please take proper care."

She has posted a similar message on her Twitter handle @realhimanshi.

She has featured in some music albums such as like Kalla Sohna Nai, Khyaal Rakhya Kar, and Afsos Karoge with one of her co-contestants, Asim Riaz, who had emerged finalists of Big Boss 13.
