Prices of LPG Price hike on 1st November- A Diwali shock for a common man
The prices of LPG has been hiked on 1st November, after this, the commercial cylinder price in Delhi crossed Rs 2000.
New Delhi- Before Diwali, the inflation bomb exploded again. After petrol and diesel, LPG prices rose by Rs 265 per cylinder. The price hike was made in commercial cylinders and not on cylinders for domestic use. There was no change in domestic LPG prices. After this rise, commercial cylinder prices in Delhi crossed the Rs 2000 mark. Before this, it was sold at Rs 1733.
In Mumbai, a 19 kg commercial cylinder that was sold at Rs 1683 now is at Rs 1950 after today’s hike. In Kolkata, a 19-kg commercial cylinder now costs Rs 2073.50 and in Chennai, the price of this product has risen to Rs 2133. LPG cylinders which are meant for domestic use saw no change in their value. In Delhi, a 14.2 kg without-subsidy LPG cylinder is sold at Rs 899.50.
