West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday taunted the Congress and its crown prince Rahul Gandhi and questioned its existence. After meeting NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, Mamta said about the Congress-led UPA that now the UPA is not an alliance. It's over. Earlier, the TMC chief targeted Rahul Gandhi during his meeting with civil society members. Without taking Rahul's name, he said that if someone does not do anything, lives abroad, then how will it work. That's why we have to go to many other states.
There was a conversation between Sharad Pawar and Mamta in the Silver Oak apartment for about an hour. After this meeting, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar said that Maharashtra and West Bengal have an old relationship. "Yesterday Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met Aaditya Thackeray and Sanjay Raut and today she has come here for a political discussion," Pawar said. He has shared his experience with us regarding the victory in Bengal.
Pawar also asked the Congress to join this new front of the opposition and said that those who are against the Bharatiya Janata Party can stand with us and fight the BJP. Who will lead in 2024 is a later issue. First everyone needs to come on one platform.
