It is possible that Nitish may be the PM candidate from the opposition side in the 2024 elections. It is also possible that with her candidature, Sonia Gandhi is trying to give a special message to some other political opponents including Mamta Banerjee.

Nitish Kumar's political debut and training took place in the socialist ideology and environment. Along with this, he has also been associated with Janata Dal family and Mandal politics.
