Mikhail Mishustin reappoints as Russian PM:: Mikhail Mishustin back in 2020 served as the Prime Minister of Russia and with this recent development in the swearing-in ceremony, Putin decided to make Mikhail Mishustin Prime Minister again.
Putin submitted his name to the Russian parliament and it depends on how many votes he gets to become PM again.
Mishustin said, “We will do everything for the development of our economy to justify people’s trust.”
After Putin submitted his name to the State Duma, other leaders examined it in a hurry. A change to the constitution approved in 2020 lets the State Duma approve the prime minister's candidacy, who then nominates Cabinet members.
Putin has great influence over the political system as the ongoing Russian and Ukrainian war, Political leaders and even the public expects him to stay as the PM of Russia.
