Adampur MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi once again rebelled from his party. For Kuldeep Bishnoi, his innermost voice was above the party. In the Rajya Sabha elections, he cast his vote on the voice of his soul, blowing the guidelines of the party high command in the air. After casting his vote early in the morning, Kuldeep left for Delhi.
After learning about this open rebellion of Kuldeep Bishnoi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi canceled his meeting with him on Friday evening.
