A peek into Kareena’s intense workout

Renowned celebrity fitness trainer Mahesh Ghanekar, who has trained stars such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Soha Ali Khan and Suriya for their fitness, posted a video on his Instagram that gave fans a glimpse into Kareena's workout session before her dazzling appearance at the just-held IIFA 2025.

Sharing the video, he wrote, “Workouts with some twists….. and yes slowly but surely we are getting better”.

In the video, Kareena, married to actor Saif Ali Khan with whom she shared two kids, is seen training strength involving various core exercises such as pushups, kicks, and headstand. The post received lots of love and compliments from fans, who were entirely spellbound by Kareena's dedication to fitness.

About Kareena’s upcoming work
