On Thursday evening, as the devotees were preparing for the Gaur Purnima festival, a mob of 200 people entered the premises of Dhaka's Shri Radhakanta Temple and attacked it.
The devotees have requested the Bangladesh government to take action against those involved in the incident.

During October 2021, an ISKCON temple in Noakhali was vandalized and one person died during this.
